Beauty Myths . . . or Not?

Is it true that you can break out if you eat a lot of sugar salt, oils ect.?
Is it true that walking is the best exercise?
Is it true that if you put on a lot of makeup you'll get more zits?
Is it true that dying your hair a lot will make it gray sooner?

The only one that is true is the one about makeup.

Putting a lot of makup on your skin blocks your pores, which causes them to more easily get infected Christian Louboutin Boots   because they can't air out or excrete the oils with dirt & stuff in them, and it also traps the bacteria in the pores.

Breaking out has a lot to do with genetics.
Being unhealthy in general can cause your skin to have problems, so that is ‘kinda' related to diet, but it's really EVERYTHING, not just eating some specific food or whatever. It's a matter of taking care of yourself.

There is no ‘best exercise'. There are a lot of good exercises Louboutin Pumps for different reasons; walking, running, energetic sex, climbing stairs, etc.
The key thing, is getting your heart rate up high for an extended period of time - the higher the better, and the longer the better.
Running is much better than walking for this, BUT it can cause injury to your joints, etc., especially if you are overweight, or have other bone issues. - That doesn't mean it's inherently worse, just that for some people, walking would be a better idea.
It takes a LOT more walking to get the same exercise you get from running though.
