Thailand and you want DSL at your house or condo

you are now living in Thailand and you want DSL at your house or condo. Don't be fooled by the high bandwidths that they offer, you will never get over 1MB. The issue is that in Thailand is that they have more subscribers than they have pipes to push it through so it is extremely slow. During peak times from about 12:00pm to 11:00pm the speeds and equal dialup. The reason is because the kids get out of school and they all start their online gaming which brings it to a crawl. I don't see any plans in the future for this to get better so it's something we all have to deal with. And if at all possible, stay away from the True Network. They allow file sharing on their backbone which makes it even slower. I suggest TOT for DSL
