Terms of Service

Welcome to My Thai Love (mythailove.com), a free dating site where people post where they'd like to go on a date ("invites") and others offer to take them ("RSVPs"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Use your own name, age and photos.
• You're responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in accounts safe.

How it works

• An invite is a real plan: a place you'd like to go and the days you're free. It stays open for a few days.
• An RSVP is an offer to take the person who posted the invite. They choose whom to accept.
• Your contact details (LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, email) are only shown to someone after you accept them, and only the ones you choose. There is no chat on the site.
• Posting, RSVPing and accepting are free.

Photos

Every photo is checked, partly automatically, before or after it's shown. Photos must be of you. We hide photos that show nudity, children, weapons, drugs, violence, hate symbols, contact details, text or screenshots, other people's photos, or that are too blurry to see you. Some are hidden until a person looks at them.

Not allowed

• False information, fake profiles, or someone else's photos.
• Offering or asking for paid companionship, sex work or any paid service.
• Harassing, threatening, pressuring or deceiving anyone, on the site or after meeting.
• Spam, advertising, scams, or asking for money.
• Anything illegal in Thailand.
• Getting around our checks, suspensions or the site's security.

Meeting people

We don't run background checks and we're not responsible for what members do. Meet somewhere public the first time, tell a friend where you're going, and tell us about anyone who breaks these rules at [email protected].

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You let us show it on My Thai Love and in share images of your invites (for example on LINE or Facebook when you share them). We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

Suspension

We may hide content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, for a time or for good. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Messages from us

We send sign-in codes and important account notices by email. We also tell you about RSVPs and send a few invites near you twice a week, by email and on LINE or Telegram if you connect them. You can turn these updates off at any time on your contacts page or with the link in each email.

No guarantees

My Thai Love is provided as it is. We don't promise you'll find a date or a match, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
